Would you visit before starting the work to confirm what needs doing and to agree a price?
Yes, we will visit you to discuss your exact requirements. We will complete a jobs check list and agree a date and time before starting any work.
Do you supply your own products?
Yes, we supply high quality products to make sure you have the best possible results. However, if you prefer, you can supply your own products and we will be happy to use them.
How much notice should I give to cancel a booking?
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your appointment so that we may offer it to another client.
Which areas of North Wales do you cover?
We cover Conwy, Llandudno, Llandudno Junction, Penrhyn Bay, Rhos-on-sea, Colwyn Bay, Deganwy, Llanrhos, Old Colwyn, Abergele, Bodelwyddan and St Asaph
Do I have to be present when you are cleaning?
It is entirely up to you. Some clients prefer to be at home or like to go out, do shopping or see a friend and come back to a nice sparkling home.
Can I book a regular weekly time slot with you?
Yes, if you would like a regular cleaning slot we can agree a regular and can add you into our diary so you always know when to expect us.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, our business has public liability insurance.
Are you DBS checked
Yes. All our staff are enhanced DBS checked
